By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Services

GutterWorks Services provides gutter cleaning, maintenance, installation, and related exterior services. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our Website, by phone, or via text. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

3. Estimates and Payment

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon acceptance of the estimate. The remaining balance must be paid in full within five (5) business days following the completion of the installation.

A fee of $50 will be charged for any returned checks. If full payment is not received within the five (5) business days, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied. Additionally, any attorneys’ fees incurred for collection efforts will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Credit card payments are accepted, but a 3.70% service fee will be added to each transaction.

4. Service Limitations

All services are subject to site inspection and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service based on safety concerns or structural issues.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the property and disclosing any known hazards. Pets should be secured during the service window.

6. Warranties and Liability

Workmanship Guarantee
GutterWorks Services Inc. offers a three (3) year guarantee on workmanship, valid under conditions of normal use and proper maintenance. This guarantee is subject to the exclusions and limitations listed below.

Material Guarantee
GutterWorks Services Inc. provides a ten (10) year guarantee on materials, ensuring they are free from defects under normal use and proper maintenance. This guarantee is also subject to the exclusions and limitations listed below.

Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover damages or material failures resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of nature (e.g., high winds, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, lightning, fire)
  • Accidents
  • Building settlement or structural failure
  • Use of incompatible accessories
  • Chemical pollutants
  • Normal weathering and wear

The homeowner, contact, or property manager is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for such events.

Additionally, GutterWorks Services Inc. does not provide warranty coverage for:

  • Flat roof applications
  • Water intrusion behind gutters
  • Water issues around covered porches without proper downspouts on posts or columns

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GutterWorksServices.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and website design — is the property of GutterWorks Services or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this website without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Privacy
